Class Descriptions:

HIIT IT!:  High Intensity Interval Training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense rest periods.

Yoga:  Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen and stretch the muscles and relieve stress.

Water Aerobics:  The performance of aerobic exercise in 4 ft of water.  Done mostly vertically and without swimming, it is a type of resistance training.

Water ZUMBA:  A rhythm and dance, water based, body toning work out.

Water Works:  The performance of joint range of motion exercises in 4 ft of water to restore or maintain mobility of all joints with decreased weight bearing.

Standing Tall/Walking Strong:  A safe way to work on gait and balance in the pool.
