Donations can be made in honor or memory of any one that has fought or is battling heart disease. Please indicate this on the donation
form if applicable so they can be honored at the event.
Cash or checks can be collected for donation. Checks need to be made payable to Ottawa County Health Planning Commission.
Donations will be accepted up until the day of the event; however, it is helpful to have them collected and mailed by Friday, February 18th.
